Mad Writer is built to help you create great content. You are free to use the text generated by our AI for your personal projects, your business, your clients, or your website. However, you agree not to use our tool to: • Generate hate speech, harassment, or threats. • Create illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent content. • Try to hack, break, or overload our website. • Resell our service directly as your own API or software.
3. Who Owns the Content?
You do! Once Mad Writer generates content for you, you own the rights to that text. You can publish it, sell it, or edit it however you like. We don't claim any ownership over the words you generate.
4. Payments and Billing
When you upgrade to a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed price. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. For refund eligibility, including our 7-day guarantee (less than 20% credit usage), please refer to our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep Mad Writer up and running 24/7. However, like all technology, we might experience occasional downtime for maintenance or unexpected bugs. We aren't liable if the tool is temporarily unavailable, but we promise to fix it as fast as humanly possible.
